RETURN:

We have a 14- day return policy. This means you have 14 days after received your items to request a return. You will receive a refund of the full amount of the purchased items, minus the shipping cost.

We cannot accept return on gift cards and ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!

To accept your return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging if possible

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will no be accepted.

EXCHANGES:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS:

When we receive your item, you'll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
